They’ve got a tasty menu, nice selection of Moroccan Hash and Haze/Sativas, upgraded in the last few years to become one of the best in town. Winner of the Highlife Cup, twice, Hiya in 2009 and Warme Oortjes in 2007.
First we find the dealer and a locked door to get access to the bar, a few stools and another door to get to the “Smoker’s Zone”.
A big sofa all along the wall surrounded by tables, a Tv hanging on the wall and a few Arabic lamps giving some nice dim light.
Another room at the end, filled with an “U” shaped sofa and one table, Light from a hole in the ceiling comes through softly, giving it some nice relaxing atmosphere, warm, cosy.
One of the favourites
for the locals at this side of the city, you may share table with locals or tourists from a place you didn´t know it existed.
The staff is friendly and relaxed, no hurry up to get your gear, they like to take it easy and they use all their charm and experience to help you having a good moment, it’s very easy to surrender to their rhythm.
The music hangs in the air and fondle your ears without hurting them, loving them softly.
Very close to Sarphati Park and the street market called Albert Cuyp.
